  • Same Business Day Response: SBD Services provide Customer Service Center coverage during normal business hours, on-site service the same business day on calls received before 1:30pm, and Next Business Day on-site for calls received after 1:30pm.
  • Critical Same Business Day Response: PPT's first level of critical response provides Customer Service Center coverage during normal business hours, on-site service by a certified engineer on calls received before 3:30pm, and NBD on-site service for calls received after 3:30pm.
  • Mission Critical Response: When tomorrow is too late. Our most comprehensive service mission critical provides Customer Service Center coverage 24/7 365 days a year with on-site response by a certified engineer within 4 hours of receiving your call.
